Charcoal Grill: Place 3-4 cobs in or under a pile of charcoal on the grate, inside the grill. Leave an end portion of the cob exposed and light with a match or lighter. Within 15-20 minutes, your charcoal will be ready for grilling!

Fireplace, Patio, Firepit or Wood Stove: Stack dry, split wood in usual manner. In most cases, kindling is not necessary. Place 2-3 cobs on the grate under the wood and light end of cob with a match or lighter. Always make sure the damper is open and the fire has an adequate air supply.
